What is the order process?

  1. Browse our online general, athletic or warm ups catalogs for garments or other items.
  2. Upload your art work (logo) - see our Design Shop page for easy to follow steps.
  3. Give us a call at (909)795-8272 or 877-SDsews4u. At Sharp Designs we still like to provide that personal touch so when you are ready to order call us and we will help you with any additional questions you might have and provide you with an estimate within 24 hours. After your approval we will begin production.

Do all my shirts have to be the same style or color?

No. Volume pricing is determined by total quantity ordered.

How long does an order take?

Orders are shipped within 2 weeks of your approval of artwork.

Can I see my embroidered logo before production begins?

Yes. Our Logo Specialist will email you a digital 3D embroidered image of your logo for your approval before production begins.

How do I get my logo to you?

It’s easy! Either go to our design shop page and follow the directions or email it to us at info@csharpdesigns.com in one of the following formats: .JPG, .GIF, .TIF, .PSD, .CDR, .AI, PDF

What is the Design Preparation Fee?

In order to take your logo from a graphic image to an embroidered image, we have to convert your logo to a format that can be read by our embroidery equipment. This is a one time only fee and will be kept on file with us so that you can easily re-order in the future (as long as your logo has not changed). The average cost for this process is $85.00. Complex or full jacket back designs to be quoted.

What if I want more than one logo/name embroidered on the item?

Names are an additional $5.00. Personalization is only done on items that are also getting a logo.

The same logo (same size) in multiple locations (e.g. left chest, tip of hood) are an additional $5.00.

Additional logos will be subject to the Design Preparation Fee.

Can I get different colors?

Yes. There is no charge for changing thread color to match different colored items.

Is there a minimum order amount?

Yes. We have a minimum order amount of 12 pieces.

Do you offer a guarantee?

Yes. At Sharp Design’s we stand behind our product 100%. Our embroidery and screen printing comes with a lifetime guarantee. On the rare occasion that we make a mistake we will replace it at our cost.

Do you accept rush orders?

Our ability to complete a rush order depends on many factors. If you need an order sooner than our normal turn around time (10 business days), please contact us at (909)795-8272 so that we can review it at that time. We will do our best to meet your needs.

Can I send my own items to you to be embroidered?

No. We only embroider on items you purchase from Sharp Designs.

Can you cut applique for me and provide sew files?

No. We only cut applique that we sew on our own garments.

I don’t see what I want in your online general or athletic catalogs. Can you find something else I had in mind?

Yes! We have many, many sources so if you don’t see what you want here please call us and we will do our best to find it for you.

What are my payment options?

We accept the following: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Check or Cash.

How much is shipping? Restocking fee?

Shipping is based on quantity, weight and destination. We typically ship via Fed Ex Ground. We pass our great rates on to our customers. There is a 15% restocking fee.
