Embroidery & Digitizing
Sharp Designs offers custom embroidery as well as in house digitizing. We
can recreate your logo or design to be embroidered on hats, shirts, jackets
and so much more. We use 100% polyester thread because it's strong,
durable and most importantly it's color fast. Our embroidery will
not fade or bleed onto light fabrics.
Appliqué
Appliqué is the technique of layering fabric onto a garment and at Sharp Designs we are appliqué specialists! Tackle twill fabric is used to fill in the large solid areas of a design or letter. Then the edges are secured down with embroidery in either a zigzag or satin stitch. Appliqué is ideal for schools, teams and small businesses who want to make a big, bold statement with their logo. It is a high end medium for large graphics or text. It is very durable, long lasting and extremely popular.
Screen Printing
In addition to embroidery we offer screen printing services for
50 pieces or more. We are very competitively priced for elementary
school spirit shirts. We can use your school mascot or we can create
something new for you. Ask about our large order discounts and “athletic

Banners & Tablecloths
You need Sharp Designs for your next expo, recruitment fair or
press conference! Our banners and tablecloths (table drapes) are
the most sophisticated way to represent your business or school. Your
table or booth will take notice when your logo is front and center on our
6 foot or 8 foot length table drapes! All of our banners and tablecloths are FULLY EMBROIDERED. Screen printing is not the way to go
when investing in your corporate or academic image. Our banners and
tablecloths are made to last for years!
